We have a variety of sizes in this machine class. The
twist grip throttle control allows for machine to transport in forward or
reverse so quickly and effortlessly that it can maneuver in confined spaces
better than other scrubbers.

A single worm in oil drive heavy duty gear case drives the scrub brushes.
This isolates the scrub brush motor and protects it from damage when the
brushes hit racking bolts or other fixed obstacles in the floor. This design
is no longer used due to its expense, but was one time used by Advance for
floor grinding machines to scarify terrazzo floors. Designs today use
the more vulnerable and lower cost dual motor design with a direct mount
over the scrub brush. See photo of the gear case next to the dual

Totally removable water tanks have no internal obstructions. This
practical design will allow the operator to easily, and thoroughly, clean
out the tank at the end of the day. This reduces maintenance time and
insures that this important task is more likely accomplished.
The automatic vacuum shut off device is designed to prevent water from
entering the vacuum motor and damaging it when the recovery tank is full.
There are no hinges to bind or floats to become saturated and fail as seen
in other systems. Instead there is a reliable float assembly that is
removable from the tank for easy access and inspection.
