"Warrior" Cylindrical and
Disk Walk Behind Floor Scrubbers - 28 and 32 inch scrub path versions
Cylindrical
Scrubbers have two machine width brooms that sweep solid debris into a tray while also washing the floor.
You eliminate pre sweeping the floor for greater productivity. Two
cylindrical brushes operate at 900 RPM (4 times the disk style speed).
Three pressure levels are offered from 80 to 120 lbs.

Disk Scrubbers
wash, or strip wax from the floor. Disk machines offer easy to change,
variably aggressive, pads or brushes. They spin at 220 RPM on the Warrior,
less than the cylindrical, but they keep more surface area in contact with
the floor than the cylindrical brush.
Three pressure levels are offered from 90 to 250 lbs.

Both offer excellent performance, but we recommend the disk on hard to clean
jobs and cylindrical where solid debris is prevalent.
This is a true industrial grade, "smart" walk behind floor scrubber, available in both
28 and 32 inch scrub paths. Each has 30 gallon solution and recovery
tanks. These 36 volt scrubbers are operated by six
batteries for a long run time. Different battery packages will offer
different levels of run times. Up to 4.5 hours of continuous use is
available.
Simple to operate, easy to train. A single touch to the control
pad, positions the scrub deck on the floor, and readies the vacuum motor and
solution solenoid to operate with the two scrub brushes. A light push
on the handle bar, and the machine propels itself forward and the brooms
rotate. Control buttons offer three pressure levels and
three water volume levels. All these automatic
functions make this walk behind easy to learn and easy to operate.
A lever that lowers the squeegee into position is the only manual function.
The control panel picture below shows the green
"GO" button, and the red "STOP"
button. Simple and highly maneuverable.
AXP versus ST versions. ST (Standard) AXP (automatic cleaning
solution dispensing option)
AXP versions will dispense a variety of cleaning solutions (from standard
concentrations to super concentrations) from an "on board" dispensing tank.
Advantage: This features allows you to control your concentrate usage in two
ways. You can set the dispensing level for normal operation, adjust it
for higher of lower settings, or completely turn it off when soap is not
required. This saves you dollars in terms of avoiding wasted cleaning
solution.
Now featuring an "on board: charger option. For people that
move their scrubber to different scrub areas, this saves you wear and tear
on heavy independent chargers being relocated. The convenience also improves
the likelihood that the scrubber will be charged at the completion of the
work.
Pricing: about $ 9,000 to 11,000
