Refurbishment includes all repairs, rebuilt or resealed hydraulic motors
and gear cases, engine service and/or partial replacement of engine
or key components, new wear items such as gaskets, belts, squeegees,
filters, brushes and brooms - new paint, decals, and thorough cleaning and
adjustment. Includes two months parts and labor warranty.
Features a wide 50 inch scrub path using 4 front mounted
disk
brushes. A 70 gallon tilting recovery tank provides easy clean up. 325
pounds of brush pressure with aggressive brushes will scour the toughest
floors. A sweeping broom sends solid debris into a stainless steel
tray so that it does not interfere with the squeegee. Available in propane,
gas, or battery.
Reliability is this machines virtue. Caliber Equipment Inc. uses the propane
scrubber as a rental machine because it can take abuse from operator error. It uses an
engine driven vacuum impellor to draw air from the recovery tank.
Overflow or foam from the recovery tank will simply pass through the
impellor without damaging the machine. It also sweeps wet, so operator
misunderstanding about the controls becomes irrelevant.
(You see problems with sweeping water into dry sweeper hoppers with dust
control on other designs.) The operator sits up front where he can
avoid collisions. Because the brushes are also mounted at the front of
the scrubber, you can scrub into the end of aisles and still get close to
the wall. (Try this with machines with cylindrical
brushes or dry sweeper/scrubbers. You will be at least four feet off of the
wall.)
