Advance Convertamatic model walk behind cylindrical
scrubber-sweeper. This is a reduced profile walk behind unit for
commercial/industrial applications that still need to scrub and sweep up to
35,000 square feet per hour, but want more maneuverability. Two
cylindrical deck sizes will allow you to clean a 24 or 28 inch wide path.
The cylindrical deck will wet sweep solid debris into a removable tray while
both scrubbing and vacuuming the floor. Both sizes offer (as standard) two
premium style grit brushes for aggressive cleaning. The mixed cleaning
solution flows automatically with the rotation of the brushes. A
curved vacuum squeegee retrieves dirty solution and wipes the floor clean.
This dual drive wheel design provides maximum traction on slippery floors
yet maintains excellent maneuverability in tight applications. All scrub
functions are actuated with a single push of a button on the touch pad
control panel.

Higher Productivity:
A
controlled flow solution feed will provide up to 80 minutes of run time on a
single fill of the solution tank. Fewer stops for solution replacement mean
more productive time cleaning the floor.
Cylindrical design eliminates the need to pre sweep the
floor prior to scrubbing. A high performance scrub deck turns the brushes
at 900 rpm. More turns per minute increases the number of “bristle passes”
over a given area. This increases cleaning capability and reduces the need
to scrub an area twice.
One touch scrub controls reduce training time and
reduce operator mistakes. The solution flow, scrub brushes, and vacuum
won't operate when the machine has stopped, thus protecting your floor and
saving the operator valuable time
On board chargers allow the operator to always be close
to a charger location, since it is incorporated into the machine. Non
onboard chargers that are independent of the scrubber are also more
vulnerable to damage when the charger is relocated to new scrubber use
areas.
The Convertamatic cylindrical scrubber is also
available in an “AXP” version. “AXP” has the same features as the standard
scrubber, but also includes an automatic soap blending system. This machine
controlled detergent dispensing system uses an onboard detergent tank which
can utilize any manufacturer’s liquid cleaning solution. It is
designed to dispense and meter solution directly over the scrub brushes at a
preset ratio of soap to water.
